Exchange Policy
At toctoctoc, we offer a 10-day exchange policy. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request an exchange, email us at info@toctoctoc.design. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges are not available for custom or personalized items, or for items marked as final sale.
